1. Acceptance

3. Requests and appointments
Messages submitted through the website are requests for contact. They do not guarantee availability, timing, price, mobilization, or acceptance of an appointment. Each engagement is governed by the terms expressly agreed between the parties, which may include a proposal, written instructions, nomination, scope, limitations, and other applicable documents.

4. Content and intellectual property
Corporate and editorial content is provided for general information. TWS's trademarks, corporate name, trading presentation, design, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to the visitor.

Where access to a client portal or administration area is provided, credentials are personal and must be protected. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized use. TWS may suspend access that creates a security risk, violates these Terms, or is inconsistent with the purpose of the account.
6. Availability and security
We employ reasonable measures to keep the website secure and available, but no internet-connected system is entirely free from interruption or risk. Maintenance, upgrades, and external circumstances may temporarily affect functionality.

External environments reached through links, including messaging applications, source websites, and the Client Portal, may have their own terms and policies. Their use is also governed by the documents issued by their respective operators.

Brazilian law applies. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Fortaleza, State of Ceará, Brazil, shall have jurisdiction over disputes related to use of this website.
